This Website provides information about Cheung Sau and its three service arrangements:

• Daily Living Support — scheduled host visits covering household assistance, errands and companionship (HK$1,150/month).
• Excursions and Day Outings — small-group accompanied outings to locations across Hong Kong (HK$2,380/month).
• Complete Residence Living — an all-inclusive private room arrangement with meals, housekeeping, outings and community activities (HK$3,840/month).

Service availability is subject to room and programme capacity at the time of enquiry. Services are available to residents of Hong Kong.

These Terms govern use of the Website and general enquiries only. Formal residence arrangements are governed by a separate Residence Agreement signed between both parties.

4. Website Use

You may use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about Cheung Sau and submit enquiries. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute website content without our prior written consent
• Use the Website in a manner that is unlawful, harmful or deceptive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Website

6. Residence Arrangement Terms

Enquiries submitted through this Website do not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of availability. Any arrangement for a resident to live at or receive services from Cheung Sau is subject to:

• A face-to-face meeting with our team
• Confirmation of suitability and mutual agreement
• Execution of a written Residence Agreement
• Availability of space and programme capacity at the time of commencement

Cheung Sau is a non-medical lifestyle residence. We do not provide medical care, clinical nursing or regulated healthcare services. Residents requiring medical support should ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place separately.

7. Fees and Payment

The monthly fees stated on this Website are indicative and denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). Exact fees, payment schedule and any additional charges will be set out in the Residence Agreement prior to commencement.

Notice periods for ending a service arrangement are set out in the Residence Agreement. We endeavour to give at least one calendar month's notice of any fee changes.

This Website is provided for information purposes. While we take care to keep the content accurate and current, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy or suitability of any information on the Website.

Testimonials and resident accounts on this Website reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not a guarantee that all residents will have identical experiences.
